Story Behind the Art:
The country of Tunisia is known for its abundance ofbeautiful olive trees. Yearly the older olive trees are harvestedthe wood is cut and dried. The wood is then sent to the workshopwhere our talented artisans craft the wood into beautiful pieces ofart. The process for treating olivewood is long and arduous but itis completely natural. No chemicals are added to the wood at all.
The handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations incolor, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slightdifferences should be expected. Note: Color discrepancies may occurbetween this product and your computer screen.
