Our Kitchen items are molded from a product called ThermoSaf, a unique thermoset resin material that is microwave, oven, and dishwasher-safe. ThermoSaf contains no BPA's or other harmful chemicals and exceeds all FDA requirements for food contact. ThermoSaf is also significantly heavier than melamine, and most people's reaction when first holding one of our molded products is "This doesn't feel like plastic". And all of our ThermoSaf products (and their components) are 100% U.S.A. manufactured.
